Implementing tools to help me figure out what works.
Tracking macros for the past week, and it is:
a) keeping me honest about what I am eating and helping me to stop snacking
b) highlighting that despite staying within my calorie my goal, I am taking in too much fat (even though it is healthy fat) and need to up my proteins
Also, got my digital scale Jp and running. Making moves-

Normally when I go to see my fiance, on the way home I'd stop at McDonald's (it's 20 min in to a 2+ hour drive) and this time I just kept on driving! He made me dinner before I left so I had some good noodles with ground beef. I did still think about stopping but I knew I didn't have the space to indulge and that I'd also feel terrible after just like usual.
I'm so proud of myself for having the self control

I'm a slave to my cravings around shark week (which started yesterday) I'm a chocolate and a sweets fiend. The last two days I have been satisfied and full with my foods and with my Creami I'm not finding I need the sugar/chocolate fix and that feels like a freedom I have never had before. I could cry.

I just had a normal amount of pasta for lunch and I'm full. WITCHCRAFT. It was whole wheat penne with chicken and veggies. Usually I could eat all of the pasta in the world and then some. I'm excited!

Finally losing weight.
This has been the first time I have been able to see weight-loss from reigning in my diet alone. These past few weeks have motivated and have empowered O boundaries to say "no" to temptation. I am very excited to have such a long steak with out bingeing. Normally I just go ham on the exercise part and see results but then get ravenous and make food decisions. I'm really proud t to stay on t and I know it's because I have you all for accountability

I took the time to do the work, better understand myself and have learned what it truly takes to establish that healthy balance of achieving your dream physique, while still maintaining that balance with your food, your body, your relationships and every other area of our lives that our negative self talk can seep into.
I’m beyond excited to help you utilize the tools I have learned from that are proven to work to better understand your body for the long term. I want nothing more than for you to live a happy healthy life.
